We are a wholesale exporter of ICT products, stationery, and office supplies operating from the UAE, serving B2B customers in Africa, GCC, and CIS markets.

When you submit a Quotation Request (RFQ) or use our Contact Form, we collect:
- Full name / contact person name
- Company name

- Phone number / WhatsApp number
- Country of origin and destination country
- Product requirements and quantities

We also collect website usage data (with your consent) via Google Analytics: pages visited, time spent, browser type, approximate geographic location (country level).

- Email communication records: Retained for 3 years for business correspondence purposes.

- ALGT Global Trading LLC sales and operations team — for processing quotation requests and responding to inquiries.

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We use third-party cloud hosting providers, which means your data may be processed in data centers outside the UAE. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
